Welcome to the spacious villa sea view paradise, have a look around and be prepared to be amazed. With a total plot area of just over four thousand square meters and surrounded the beautiful sea in urbanization Martossa. The villa is in a quiet residential and secured area with it's own private beach.

The Main House

The house gives the villa, it's unique and modern look. It is also the main feature of the villa. The main house holds, the floating terrace and saloon along with the master bedroom, kitchen and a kids room.

Floating Terrace

It's one of the best views of the house as it looks over the sea from the highest points of the house. It's a great space for events and parties, it was built as a social space to bring people together. A great spot to enjoy the summer sun and the sea.

Floating Saloon

The glass tunnel in picture one was a favorite for the photographers who were shooting Cartier's latest ads. The floating saloon is a also a beautiful setting to shoot photographs for weddings or adverts as the view from the large glass windows is simply stunning.

Master Bedroom

As you walk out of the floating saloon, you enter the master bedroom. A beautiful room that is spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the sea. The wall facing the bed is glass so that you don't miss the amazing view.

The Kitchen

Is a state of the art cooking and dining area. It is fully equipped with oven, ice machines, large kitchen top and a large refrigeration unit. Take your meals up to the floating terrace to enjoy your delicious meal with a sea view. On request there is also a chef and nutritionist that can cook healthy and tasty meals for you.

Kids Rooms

Your kids will love this space. After a day in the pool and the sun, they'll yearn for a space to get away from the adults to play inside, while still enjoying the views of the sea.

James Bond Suite

Just as the name says, it's one of the finest suites in the villa. The interiors have a modern look and feel. You are surrounded by a sea view from all three walls of the suite. It has it's own Jacuzzi on the outside and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.

White Salon

A perfect place to photo-shoots and events. An incredible location for shooting your magazines next cover. This area is also a great place for your events as there is a gorgeous outdoor and indoor seating area to just sit back and enjoy the view of the Mediterranean sea in front.

Yuri Gagarin Bodega

Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin was a Soviet Air Forces pilot and cosmonaut who became the first human to journey into space, who also happen to stay here a few times so we named this section of the house after him. This social space is a perfect location for those your next rustic or luxury advert. If you are renting the house this is also perfect for movie nights next to the fireplace.

Frank Sinatra Suite

One of the classic suites, the wooden floors and vintage furniture takes you back in time. Inspired by the great Frank Sinatra himself. Give yourself into the luxury of this space and when you need to relax jump into the infinity pool.

Infinity Pool

The heated infinity pool is just a magnet for advert productions. There was a whole construction built under the pool here to give the effect of models walking on water. It wouldn't be complete if it din't come with a Jacuzzi. It is also a great place to cool off from the heat while enjoying the sea view.

Private Beach

Yes, the villa comes with a private beach. It's also got some hidden caves. Inside the caves there is a fresh water well just a few meters away from the sea. Also a perfect place for wedding photos near the beautiful sea. For production houses it's a great space to shoot those jet-ski or speedboat shots.

The Garage

Tesla does not shoot many adverts but one of the few that they shot was in one of our garages. From classic cars, to vintage bikes, to modern sports cars, this garage has got everything you would need to cruise around in style. Other than the cars and the bikes the villa also has a speedboat and Jet-Ski.

Barbecue Kitchen

A great outdoor area dining experience with large open spaces to seat any social gathering. This is ideal for vacationers to enjoy some good food during the day or the night. Also comes with a big barbecue grill, so enjoy tasty barbecue accompanied by the sea view.

Kids Play Area

An outdoor space for kids to enjoy the beautiful weather. Your kids will love this space. The area has got a soft floor so you can leave the kids to play worry free. The villa Nanny can always keep an eye on them too.

We've got you covered. Welcome to Casa Roja the Guest House, a totally separate  house right behind Sea View Paradise the main villa. Comes with it's own pool, garage and infinite sea views. The villa is spacious, and filled with all the amenities you will need for your guests.

Guest House

Casa Roja, the Red House, the beautiful traditional Mediterranean guesthouse adjoining the Villa Sea View Paradise, but with private access, elevator and parking. This delightful house, overlooking the sea, has 5 en suite bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
